Step 1

Yogic Throat and Nasal Cleansing

In this first-step video, Yogrishi teaches how to use a simple herbal saline solution to gargle and do yogic nasal cleansing to help remove and prevent germs in the oral and nasal passages. Step 2

Yoga Postures for an Immune Boost

Daily movement is so beneficial, yoga movement helps to flush out the old and bring in fresh oxygen and energy.

Step 3

Clear, Charge and Soothe Your Respiratory System

You'll feel the benefits of step three right away as breath work is so powerful. This video is to help to strengthen your respiratory system through breath work – Shining skull breath to detoxify, Bellows and progressive breath retention to build capacity and a quiet integration at the end.

Step 4

Meditation & Relaxation

Yoga Nidra is the practice of rest – a deep, restorative rest that helps to unwind subtle blockages like fear and anger by allowing your mind time to release. Rest is also key in shifting the body from 'fight and flight' mode to 'rest, digest and repair'. Meditation is an excellent way to take time each day for physical, mental and emotional rest. This guided program helps you to move slowly and steadily into meditation and experience profound peace.

Step 5

Healing Foods

Step five is filling our diet with special healing foods as well as understanding the foods that are easy to digest and build our vitality. In this video, Yogrishi presents a whole tray of household herbs and why they are beneficial.
