The Akhanda Yoga Spice Kitchen Series will teach you to feed your body and Soul with Yogic wisdom and nourishing food.

Imagine the soothing scent of warming spices in your kitchen this fall, made together with your Akhanda Yoga family and Vishva-ji!

That’s right, time to put on your apron and roll up your sleeves for this three-part workshop series.

Each session will explore the healing benefits of a particular spice in Yogic cooking and different ways you can use it in both raw and cooked foods.
