The Akhanda Yoga Happy Food Series will teach you ways to support your body, mind, heart and Soul using yogic wisdom and nourishing food. While it's often easier to practice ‘off the mat’ Yoga in immersive environments such as ashrams and retreats, it is possible to continue these powerful routines when we return to our local communities for both individual and collective wellbeing!

Suitable for all Dosha types, join us to learn more about mood regulating food practices while enjoying time in community. Wisdom, laughter and wellbeing recipes - made together with your Akhanda Yoga family and Vishva-ji!
